With our Customer Satisfaction Surveys Service, we make a custom project with covering up to 1500 recipients. As Included in the price you will also get access to our Survey Tool for 3 months.
This project includes the following:
- We create the questions for you after a scheduled interview.
- We import all the recipients into your Examinare account.
- We create the finished questionnaire and add it inside your Examinare account.
- We send out the email invites to the recipients.
- We send out up to 2 reminders by email.
- The results can be read from your account. (For info on How To add a detailed report see the information below).
Delivery Time: 4-6 weeks after the interview has been carried out. Normally the interview can be carried out within 2-7 days from the day of the order.

We can send invites to your recipients by SMS. In order to use this service you will need to add SMS invites into the project. It can be done now or by order. For pricing of the SMS invites check SMS Credits in the menu.
